This Villa-Relais is in the Province of Siena. The roads of communication conveniently offer excursions of particular historic, panoramic and cultural interest, such as Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Perugia, Siena and Florence, to name just a few. In the 16th century Villa, immersed in a park characterised by centuries old trees, we have sought to create an ambience that offers every thing that you would expect when you think of relaxation, serenity and privacy.

Suites (2 sleeps):
The pride and joy of the residence, amplified by the ambience, the suites offer the maximum in modernity, elegance and comfort. The living rooms are furnished in a modern style and fitted with flat screen satellite TV, Hi Fi, and bar fridge. The bedrooms, all double bedded and decorated in soft, relaxing colours, enhance the furniture. The private services with large hydro-massage bath makes it ideal for your well being both in body and mind. All our suites are air conditioned, and offer telephone with internet point. 

Junior Suites (2 sleeps):
Our Junior Suites combine rustic with classic modern styling and offer a double bed, or twin beds, a corner sitting area and bathroom with bath or hydro-massage shower. The Junior Suites are furnished with all comforts, flat screen satellite TV, Hi Fi, air conditioning, bar fridge, telephone with internet point. Each is different in its appointments, guaranteeing a high level of comfort and elegance. 

Apartment Villa (6 sleeps):
In times past, this wing of the Villa was the residence of the owner of the farm. It is adjacent to a hundred year old park that surrounds the entire complex. This residence has two floors, which can accommodate up to six guests. It is furnished in the old style with authentic antiques and yet offers all modern comforts. It has a comfortable living room, a dining room with fireplace, and large bedrooms, two are double bedded rooms and one a twin room. All are light and airy, complete with private services, making this residence very elegant, with splendid frescoes and aesthetically pleasing Tuscan architecture. 

Apartment Breeze (4 sleeps):
The apartment Brezza is the smallest, you could say, in view of its ninety five square metres, and it is on the second floor of the Villa. It can accommodate four people and is characterised by a stupendous view of the surrounding countryside. Even though you will find Brezza at the highest point in the house, this does not preclude you from living in the open air, because it offers a delightful panoramic terrace where it is possible, during lovely days, to pass many hours relaxing in absolute tranquillity. Inside you will find the living room, with one part set aside for dining, a well fitted corner kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedded room and a twin bedded room. All are well furnished with excellent style.
